Description
The city of Norwich, Ct held a contest open to all artist to create an exact duplicate painting of an original that had been stolen from Norwich City Hall. The original stolen art work was done by John Dennison Crocker.There was only one small grainy 5x7 photo for all participating artists to work from. My digital painting did not win the prize, as they wanted actual oil on cnavas, but was truly the closest rendition of the original.
